Terms of Service – INZATT

Upon electronically completing or signing the Identification Registration, the USER is automatically agreeing to and accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
INZATT may modify the conditions of this Agreement at any time. If the USER disagrees with any such modification, they may cancel their registration without any cost or penalty.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions and descriptions should be considered for better understanding:

  • Antispam: A system designed to prevent unwanted correspondence, such as mass advertising, by blocking or filtering messages into specific folders.

  • Spider Application: A program developed to automatically retrieve information from the Internet, navigating the web like a spider.

1 – Access and Functionality Restrictions

This Portal is dedicated to the commercialization/sale of general products. To make a purchase, the visitor must provide their banking, identification, and address information through the Cartpanda Pay payment platform, which is responsible for processing all orders placed with INZATT.

Visitors and users are not permitted to access the website’s programming areas, its database, or any other set of information that constitutes webmastering activity. Unauthorized access is subject to applicable penalties and liability for any damages caused.

It is also prohibited to reverse engineer, translate, decompile, copy, modify, reproduce, rent, sublicense, publish, disclose, transmit, lend, distribute, or otherwise make use of the site's functionalities or consultation tools.

The use of spider applications or data mining tools of any kind is strictly prohibited on this website, whether for bulk operations or any other purpose.

Visitors and users are responsible for having the necessary resources to navigate the website, including internet access.


2 – General Information About the Site and Its Functionality

This website is presented to the public “as is” and may be subject to constant improvements and updates. INZATT is under no obligation to maintain any specific structure or layout unless it deems it appropriate.

Access to the site and all actions performed on it are governed by these Terms of Use and apply to every person (Visitor or User) accessing the site. By accessing the site, the Visitor/User accepts all the conditions established herein and is solely responsible for all actions taken on or related to the site.

INZATT makes reasonable efforts to ensure the site’s continuous availability but is not liable for extraordinary events such as natural disasters, system or internet failures, or third-party actions beyond its control.

INZATT is not liable for any damage or loss to the devices of Visitors and Users caused by system errors, server failures, or internet issues, even if such issues stem from third-party actions like viruses, malware, or other harmful software resulting from accessing or using the Portal.

Visitors and Users cannot demand that the Portal be available at their convenience, nor can they seek compensation if the Portal is temporarily offline for any reason.

INZATT is not responsible for external links contained on the Portal. Users must review and adhere to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of any third-party sites they access via such links. Users are solely responsible for navigating safely and making the decision to access these sites.

INZATT is not responsible for actions taken by Visitors and Users on the Portal. Each individual is accountable for their use of the platform.

INZATT may, at its sole discretion, suspend or delete a user’s account in the event of suspected inaccurate information or illegal activity. This does not exempt Users from providing truthful information and acting in accordance with the platform’s purpose.


3 – User Registration on the Website

Registration is completed through the payment link at the time of product and/or service purchase. This process is conducted freely and voluntarily by the User.

To register, Users must provide personal information in specific fields, including but not limited to, full name, identification number, address, email, and phone number.

Users must provide only truthful and accurate information and agree to keep it updated. Failure to do so may result in civil liability and compensation for damages caused by incorrect or third-party data usage, regardless of intent.

Registration is free and available to individuals over 18 years of age or those with full legal capacity. By completing registration, the User acknowledges full awareness of this document and the Privacy Policy, available throughout the Portal. Claiming ignorance of these documents will not exempt the User from responsibility.

To cancel their registration or orders, the User must submit a request directly through the Portal.

4.1.1. Visitors and Users are solely responsible for receiving communications. Therefore, they must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.

4.1.2. They are also responsible for configuring their antispam settings to ensure they receive important messages from INZATT.
