Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal – INZATT

Orders are processed and invoiced on the date of purchase. However, in accordance with consumer rights established under Argentina’s Consumer Protection Code, you may request the cancellation and withdrawal of your purchase after receiving the product.

Article 34 – Consumers are entitled to withdraw from a purchase within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the product or service, provided the contract was entered into outside the supplier’s commercial establishment, particularly through telephone or internet channels.

This Right of Withdrawal, guaranteed under Article 34, applies specifically to purchases made online and must be requested within 10 calendar days of the product’s delivery. In other words, cancellation requests will only be accepted after the product has been received and within the legally stipulated timeframe.

To initiate a cancellation request, you must first wait for the product to be delivered, according to the timeframes outlined in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Once you receive the item, if you choose to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend carefully reviewing our Exchange, Return, and Warranty Terms.

The first step in requesting a refund is to read the relevant terms and contact our Customer Support team at InzattSupport@outlook.com within the permitted period, providing your full name and order number for verification.

Please note: Orders returned to the sender by the postal service due to incorrect address information or failure to collect from the designated distribution center are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, the appropriate solution is to reship the product, avoiding losses to both parties. Please contact our Customer Support team to receive guidance on the necessary steps.
