Shipping, Tracking, and Delivery Policy – INZATT

Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation is handled automatically by our payment provider, who is responsible for validating the purchase made on our website. To confirm your payment, you must provide accurate billing details and choose between a credit card or bank slip (boleto). Confirmation can take between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and card issuer policies.


Order Tracking
All INZATT orders come with a tracking code. If you have any questions regarding your order or wish to obtain more details about your tracking status, you may contact our customer support team at any time.


Shipping Time and Tracking Code Delivery
The estimated processing time for order dispatch and generation of the tracking code is between 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. The tracking code will be sent directly to your email once the product is shipped.


International Shipping
All INZATT products are shipped directly from our international distribution centers. The estimated delivery timeframe is between 10 and 20 business days, which may extend up to 90 business days, depending on the destination.
We offer both Free Shipping and Express Shipping options. Express Shipping has an additional fee of R$14.89. A tracking code is guaranteed for both shipping options, allowing customers to follow the entire delivery process.


Delivery Guarantee
INZATT guarantees that your order will be delivered. If a product is lost or misplaced during transit before it reaches the Brazilian delivery system (Correios), INZATT will refund the full purchase amount.


Taxed or Recorded Products (Import Duties)
Approximately 99% of all orders shipped by INZATT are delivered without additional charges. However, in rare instances, orders may be subject to import duties by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal). If taxed, Correios will send a notification to the delivery address informing the customer to pick up the product at the nearest Correios agency upon payment of the import fee.

If you receive such a notice, we ask that you inform us immediately so we can assist you with the next steps.
Please note: INZATT does not cover import taxes or fees if the customer does not inform us or fails to follow the recommended process.


Shipping Address Accuracy
INZATT will ship products to the address you provide at checkout. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure all address details are correctly and completely filled in, including house number, street name, neighborhood, ZIP code, city, state, apartment number, building block, etc.


Absent Recipient
Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address during business hours. Correios will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful, the package will be taken to the nearest Correios agency, where the recipient must collect it in person as soon as possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the manufacturer, and Correios will not make the standard three delivery attempts.


Address Changes After Purchase
If you've moved, a new resident may receive the package on your behalf. However, if Correios is informed that the original recipient has relocated, the item will be returned to the sender.
We advise you to track your order using the provided code and, if necessary, collect it directly from your local Correios agency.


Purchase Under Federal Customs Inspection
All international packages entering Brazil are subject to inspection by the Receita Federal, as required by law. Due to high volumes, this verification may take several days. After clearance, the package will proceed to a Correios distribution center for delivery.


Tracking Code Not Yet Located by Correios
This status may indicate a temporary delay. It means Correios has not yet scanned or located the package associated with your tracking number. This process can take a few days. Once located, the package will proceed to the nearest Correios branch for delivery.


Orders with Multiple Items / Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. Products may be shipped from different suppliers and thus have distinct tracking codes. Additionally, customs clearance may occur at different times, which can also affect delivery schedules.
